Devcon Capital consists of a group of likeminded sophisticated investors who partner with us through their investments into a variety of Devcon developments.

Our Investors are repeat development partners who reinvest into multiple developments, and they enjoy the benefits of higher return on investment while having the peace of mind that Devcon provide years of delivery expertise to the project.
Our Devcon Capital strategy include ‘Build to Sell’ as well as ‘Build to Hold/Rent’ and developments consists of Industrial Complexes, Townhouses, Mixed Use Commercial, Apartments and Land Subdivisions.
Typically, our Devcon Capital Investments are over a 2–4-year period and we aim to achieve a Return on Investment of 20-30% pa. Although property development can be seen as a higher risk investment than mainstream investments, our sophisticated investors receive consistent communication through the whole construction process from our team to ensure any issues are identified and addressed.
