Devcon Property Group was proud to partner with Stockland and SunnyKids to deliver The SunnyKids House, a project that reflects our shared commitment to supporting the Sunshine Coast community and creating a lasting positive impact for local families. Built exclusively for charity, The SunnyKids House was made possible through the generosity of our valued trade partners, suppliers, and consultants, many of whom donated their time, services, and materials to help bring the project to life. Their support played a vital role in creating a home that will have a lasting impact on local families in need. Following its completion, the home was auctioned, with all proceeds donated to SunnyKids to help fund essential programs that provide safe accommodation, education, and emotional support to vulnerable children and families across the region. This project is a testament to the power of collaboration, community spirit, and the willingness of local businesses to give back. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to The SunnyKids House and are honoured to have played a role in supporting SunnyKids and helping create brighter futures for families throughout our community.
